Introducing Telemedicine at PCMC & PMC
Your hometown providers at PCMC and PMC are now easily accessible 24/365 for medical consultations by phone, tablet or computer. Monday through Friday, please call PMC at (361) 972-2000 and on evenings or weekends, call PCMC ER at (361) 972-2511. Our staff will make arrangements for a “call back” as soon as the providers are available. You will need to be able to provide a cell number and email address to make the connection, but you won’t have to leave home to access quality healthcare services.

- *Possible Flu
- Possible ear infection
- Possible strep
- Skin infections

- COVID-19 screening
- Medicine refills
- Anxiety/depression
- Allergy symptoms
- Possible sinus infection
- Follow-up medical consultation
Reason for ER Appointments (but not limited to):
- Chest pains
- Heart palpitation/ Heart related symptoms
- Broken bones
- Severe shortness of breath
