Since 1960 Palacios Community Medical Center has compassionately served the healthcare and medical needs of Palacios, Southern Matagorda County and the surrounding communities. PCMC provides a range of healthcare programs and services including: primary care (clinic) medicine for the entire family, 24/365 ER care, on-site laboratory and radiology services, therapy and rehab programs as well as inpatient and swing bed services.
